Pipe Shelf Project For New Shop

To catch up, currently working on renovating our new shop in downtown Apache Junction. More posts on that later. Just wanted to show off a little shelf project currently underway. Finally reached a point to put some gear on there to get an idea on how it looks. Despite the prices for wood and materials being outrageous these days, I am pretty pleased as this is new territory for me.

Finally! A Marantz 2500

The Marantz 2600 and 2500 have long evaded me, but finally I found a nice one. The photo is just as I found it and will certainly clean up nice. Unit already functions well, even the Scope! We will go through it and give it some updates on tje PCB, Amp, and tone boards, as well as the preamp and phono section and at 250wpc and about 70lb this baby will be really fun to compare to the Pioneer SX-1980 also in work. Both will be eventually for sale here, so stay tuned!
