Unit is in full working order, just received partial reastoration which included replacement of signal path transistors and capactitors along tone and preamp boards, amp board, phono, and power supply boards.
Unit received LED lights (stereo light was fixed after video and photo set) everything works.
This amp is extradinary for what it is. Although it is only a 14wpc (very early and warm sounding receiver) this unit has functions typically only offered on the top models such as dual phono inputs and my personal favorite, this receive has preamp outputs. This means despite the amp section of the unit only being 14wps, you can plug in and control any power amp of any size and have the fantastic warm tubelike sound the preamp on this receiver produces now running your larger harder to drive speakers. This feature combined with the great sound the preamp on this unit provides easily moves this small receiver way ahead of many other receivers 3 or 4 times more powerful and that before taking price difference in to consideration. Bottom line, buy this receiver, buy a good amp and enjoy! Or enjoy just as a standalone unit with the restored amp section in the receiver. So many options here  (:
Phono section on the unit is really good. Very clean, full sound.
All parts used in restoreation are name brand and ordered from Mouser or other larger reputable US based deistributors. Most transistors I buy are Fairchild matched and proven replacements, for caps I typically buy Nichicon, Panansonic, and WIMA film caps for smaller values. I use Audio grade caps and low esr where needed.
Cosmetically, this unit is exceptional for its age. Asside from some very light wear, the unit is almost perfect and displays even better in person than in photos. The lights look fantastic in person, hard to get with my camera.

This unit comes with 6 month warranty from date of delivery. if unit fails within first 30 days I will cover shipping cost, after 30 days buyer is responsible for shipping to and from.
