You are buying the actual Sony TC-758 with original hub adapters, manual, & 10.5" aluminum take-up reel. 
The unit is fully operational and fully serviced by BIGAZSPEAKERS. 
The unit does have minor wear to side panels, mainly some light peeling on rear edges, light impressions in vinyl finish. The face still has the original plastic face sheet over, leaving the actual face on perfect condition.  Any marks there in photos are just reflection and refraction on the plastic.
