The unit being detailed in the photos and video is the item you are paying for and will receive.
The receiver is in original full working condition.
The receiver has been serviced, cleaned, and tested to ensure full performance free from common issues that come from age such as carbon buildup on contacts and controls causing displeasing distortion and signal breakup.
Units audio output is clean from both channels during all the units input functions.
DC offset and bias are within manufactures specs and stable.
FM tuner easily locks in to stereo, very basic 300ohm wire antenna was used with superb results.
All internal boards have been cleaned and inspected. All components inspected are free from swelling, signs of excessive heating. The back of the boards  were inspected cracks and bad solder joints. Solder joints were resoldered as needed to make sure no intermittent issues down the road from
Cosmetically, the unit is in overall very clean condition and has been well cared for. You will find the unit is free from damage or heavy ware. There are some light marks on the face and some light rounding and delamination along the vinyl wrapped side boards. Please refer to the photos provided for your own assessment. We think you will agree the unit is very nice and clean looking despite the minimal sign of ware placing this unit well above average condition compared to other units its age.
This is a great performing unit with loads of features. In addition to the loudness button, bass, and treble controls, the unit also has 2-way high and low switches to fine tune the bass and treble response of the unit.
The unit is conservatively rated at 63 old school watts per channel and is very capable at driving larger speakers to high db with clarity and authority. I was very impressed at how well this receiver drove my harder to drive JBL 240ti’s with fantastic results.
If you are in the market for an impressive vintage receiver that easily performs equal to or better than is higher priced competitors, this one is worth giving strong consideration.
